A mixture of primary ray culling and low opacity shading allows for invisible lighting without disturbing reflective surfaces or producing excessive fireflies.
There is no setup or prior reading necessary in order to use these lights, simply pop your desired mesh light into your scene, pick from a wide array of color and intensity presets, then hit render.
